Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock, it ships on the next shipping day.
We ship twice weekly — Wednesdays and Sundays.
If an item is out of stock, your order will be held until it becomes available. You can:
- Request to ship available items immediately,
- Wait for all items to arrive, or
- Request a refund for unavailable items.
If there’s an extended production delay, we’ll contact you by email to confirm how you’d like to proceed.
Custom items (such as ribbon bars and medal mounting) are placed in a queue and shipped as soon as completed.
Can I request a rush order?
Yes — we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests.
However, this may not always be possible (for example, before Remembrance Day, or depending on your shipping location).

What’s the difference between CAF Slide-On and Ultra-Thin ribbon bars?
CAF Slide-On Bars:
- Designed for the CAF modular ribbon system.
- Sold as individual ribbons.
- Require a ribbon bar mount (available separately).
Ultra-Thin (Custom) Bars:
- Mounted as a single, permanent unit with pins for wear.
- Cannot be modified later — any additions require a new bar.
Do you do custom medals or ribbons?
Yes. We can produce custom medals, ribbons, and ribbon bars.

Do you offer court mounting for organizations?
Yes, we provide court mounting services for organizations through:
- Purchase orders
- Contracts
- Individual service requests

Do you do Swing or Bow mounting?
No, we currently do not offer Swing or Bow mounting services.
What length should my medals be?
Medal length depends on your organization, country, or status (e.g., serving member or veteran).
We offer two standard lengths:
- 9 cm (3.5 inches)
- 10 cm (4 inches)
The current CAF and RCMP standard is 9 cm (3.5 inches).
The CAF changed from 10 cm to 9 cm in December 2024.
You do not need to change until medals require modification (e.g., adding a new medal or bar).

Why is there no phone number on the website?
We previously listed a phone number, but due to excessive spam calls, we now provide call-backs only.
To request a call-back, please message us through the “Contact Us” tab — we’ll respond within two business days.
Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a retail storefront.

We can arrange pick-ups from our Sherwood Park location or at our CFB Edmonton CANEX drop-off/pick-up site.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, we offer wholesale and bulk pricing for qualified clients.

Do you have a price list?
We do not publish a general price list.
Most products and prices are available on our website and eBay store.
If you can’t find a specific item, contact us directly for assistance.
